Qualifications

• 7+ years' relevant experience
• Strong Fund Operations or Fund Administration experience
• NAV, valuation and reconciliation knowledge
• Experience managing operational exceptions and breaks
• Experience working with Fund Administrators, Custodians, Depositaries and/or Transfer Agents
• Outsourced service provider oversight experience beneficial
• Strong understanding of operational risk, controls and governance
• Experience with fund launches and other fund lifecycle events advantageous
• ETF or capital markets operational exposure beneficial
• Strong analytical and Excel capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee key operational processes across a range of investment funds
• Review NAV exceptions, pricing issues, reconciliations and unexplained fund movements
• Manage relationships and operational performance across key external providers
• Oversee settlement fails, cash breaks, collateral issues and reconciliation exceptions
• Support due diligence, KPI/KRI monitoring, service reviews and ongoing provider assessments
• Support fund launches, share classes, mergers, liquidations and other fund events
• Support relevant operational and regulatory reporting requirements
• Maintain appropriate controls and support operational resilience and third-party risk management
• Prepare operational reporting and MI for senior stakeholders and governance forums
