Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in fund accounting, ideally in VC or PE.
• Experience preparing financial statements and supporting audit processes.
• Strong communication skills dealing with partners and LPs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fund financial statements and quarterly management accounts.
• Manage NAV calculations and updates as well as partner capital accounts.
• Own year-end audits and be the primary liaison with auditors.

Fund accounting experience

Understanding of limited partnership structures

Technical accounting skills (Irish GAAP / IFRS)

Attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Education

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
