Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced fund compliance professional to oversee regulatory requirements across UCITS, AIFMD, MMFR and related rules. You will advise on regulatory inquiries and coordinate with the Central Bank of Ireland, ensuring timely, pragmatic guidance to the business.

You will also support new product launches and changes to existing funds, assess investment eligibility requests, and help embed new rules into processes while collaborating with teams across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a compliance fund rules role within asset management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UCITS, AIFMD and MMFR regulatory requirements.
• Interest and understanding of financial markets, products, instruments and fund structures.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to build relationships across locations, teams and seniorities.
• Understanding of AI-enabled tools and practical applications for productivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance advice and oversight for fund level regulatory requirements (AIFMD, UCITS, MMFR, SFDR).
• Coordinate responses to regulatory enquiries, inspections and information requests.
• Support new product launches and changes to existing products from a compliance perspective.
• Assess investment eligibility requests and provide clear compliance guidance.
• Engage with Central Bank of Ireland on fund-related regulatory matters.
• Act as regulatory contact for the business and embed regulatory changes into processes.
