Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services in Dublin is seeking an experienced Fund Accounting professional to lead and deliver accurate accounting for hedge funds and private equity funds.

This role requires 6+ years of fund administration experience, including supervisory responsibilities, and knowledge of Advent Geneva (World Investor/Mantra is beneficial). You will act as primary client contact, oversee process documentation, and collaborate with multiple teams across the bank while supporting audits

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in hedge fund/private equity administration, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient with Advent Geneva (World Investor or Mantra beneficial).
• Strong knowledge of debt instruments and other asset types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate service delivery across the team.
• Lead accounting and reporting for debt funds.
• Serve as primary contact for clients with strong communication.
• Maintain and update fund procedures and documents.
• Cover operations across all funds when needed.
• Support audits, manage client and auditor timelines.
• Collaborate with other business lines within U.S. Bank.
