Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and build scalable applications using .NET/C# and React. You will work on backend services with PostgreSQL/SQL Server and frontend components with React/Redux in a remote-first setup.

The role involves cloud-based development on GCP, CI/CD, and mentoring teammates while influencing architectural decisions and development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 years of professional software development experience with .NET/C#.
• Hands-on PostgreSQL and SQL Server experience.
• Strong frontend skills with React, Redux and JavaScript.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud-based development.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong architecture and design pattern knowledge.
• GitHub experience and collaboration workflows.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build backend services with .NET/C#, PostgreSQL, SQL Server.
• Develop frontend components using React/Redux/JavaScript.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver features.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security standards.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical direction.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.
• Keep up with emerging tech and identify improvements.
