Veridraft is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer on a part-time contract to help build enterprise-grade, AI-powered workflows for governance and compliance. You will work closely with the CTO and Head of Engineering on architecture, delivery, and scalable systems in an early-stage setting.

The role emphasizes ownership, fast iteration, and direct influence on technical decisions. Ideal candidates bring 7–8+ years of experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, AWS, and scalable backend design.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of full stack engineering experience.
• Experience building enterprise or internal business apps.
• Experience delivering AI-powered workflows in production.
• Strong React, Next.js and TypeScript skills; modern backend experience.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud deployments.
• Knowledge of scalable system design, APIs and database architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise-grade SaaS features across the platform.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and document automation systems.
• Collaborate with CTO and Head of Engineering on architecture and delivery.
• Design scalable APIs, backend services and database models.
• Contribute to AWS deployment workflows and platform reliability.
• Build reliable frontend experiences using React and Next.js.
• Improve performance, observability and maintainability.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and engineering standards.
