Job summary

Coder is seeking a Software Engineer to help shape AI governance for developer tooling on the AI Governance team. This role spans Go backend, React frontend, and integrations with AI provider APIs, delivering features and tightening security for enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and partners like JetBrains to implement key product integrations, document designs for knowledge sharing, and iterate rapidly from prototype to production in a responsive team setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack experience in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in building distributed systems with Go.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities with perseverance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build product features that push the standard for remote development.
• Create and improve open source projects that integrate with developer tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and external partners to implement integrations.
• Document designs, implementations, and operations for knowledge sharing.
• Work with Customer Success teams to support enterprise users.
• Iterate rapidly from prototype to production in a reactive team.
