Job summary

Taktile is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for its IAM and permissions platform. You will design and build authorization primitives, RBAC/ReBAC models, and authentication flows from React/TypeScript UIs to Python FastAPI services.

You’ll tackle multi-tenant isolation, fast hot-path checks, audit trails, and regulated-financial-services constraints. You will work with AI tools to shape enterprise-grade authorization capabilities and integrate with AWS or similar cloud providers, contributing

Qualifications

5+ years of professional full-stack experience building backend services in Python (FastAPI or equivalent), including REST APIs and databases.
Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript.
Experience building access control systems, with exposure to authentication and authorization concepts (RBAC, SSO, OAuth/OIDC, multi-tenant permissions).
Strong engineering fundamentals with a passion for simplicity and precision.
Experience integrating into AWS or similar cloud providers.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate core authorization primitives such as roles, policies, and fine-grained permission checks (RBAC/ReBAC).
Implement authentication and SSO/OAuth/OIDC flows atop the authorization layer.
Ensure strict multi-tenant isolation across customers and data.
Maintain fast, correct permission checks in high-volume paths.
Develop audit and access-trail capabilities for verifiability.
Leverage AI tools to build enterprise-grade AI-native capabilities.
