Qualifications

• Proficient in developing large-scale applications using TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js.
• Strong experience with React, GraphQL and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: take ambiguous challenges and drive architecture from concept to production.
• Drive Boards Engineering: build scalable, compliant serving capabilities within Zalando’s microservices architecture.
• Collaborate & Influence: communicate with team and stakeholders to translate complex details into actions.
• Product Collaboration & Experimentation: collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers on technical roadmaps and A/B test rollouts.
• Promote Tech Excellence: drive engineering quality, manage tech debt, and champion CI/CD, testing and performance best practices.
• Mentor & Guide: mentor junior and mid-level engineers on domain understanding and software design.
