Job summary

Noloco is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build end-to-end features across backend and frontend, shaping our AI Co-Builder, APIs, and data models. You’ll work with Node.js (TypeScript), React, and GraphQL, delivering performant user experiences in a remote-first, high-autonomy environment.

You’ll mentor others, improve observability, and collaborate with product and design to ship meaningful improvements end-to-end, from design to measurement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer on complex web apps
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills across Node.js and React.js
• Experience designing clean, scalable APIs (GraphQL a plus)
• Experience building AI-powered agents, workflows and user experiences
• Solid understanding of frontend performance, state management, and design systems
• Product mindset focused on user experience, not just code
• Comfortable shaping problems without PM overhead
• Experience in a startup or high engineering bar environment

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features across backend services, GraphQL APIs and React-based UI
• Advance Noloco's AI Co-Builder leveraging frontier-model improvements
• Design and improve reusable React components and design systems
• Scale backend systems and APIs to meet rising customer demand
• Collaborate with Product and Design to ship intuitive user experiences
• Improve analytics, observability, monitoring and alerting across stack
• Mentor other engineers and raise technical standards
• Own performance: optimize queries and frontend rendering
