You will work closely with a senior team and an exceptional designer to ship end-to-end features, from UI polish to backend bridging when needed.

You will own production React/Next.js work, utilizing Tailwind and Supabase, with a strong emphasis on craft, performance, and user-centric design.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of live products showing production React/Next.js work.
• Frontend ownership with premium polish; no handoff.
• Experience building dashboards and AI-native surfaces preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own frontend development at Paires for founder-facing product, internal platform, and investor portal.
• Collaborate with designer on craft details and design decisions.
• Provide end-to-end capability when a feature requires backend work.
• Ship production UI with real users and maintain high quality.
