Cliff at Lyons, a luxury countryside retreat outside Dublin, seeks a Senior Receptionist for a full-time role. You will greet guests, handle calls, and manage the reception area with attention to detail and guest preferences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a similar role, excellent English, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Training is provided, with strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written & spoken English is required.
• Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a similar role; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
• Manage room allocations in line with guest preferences and special requests
