Qualifications

• ACA qualified with 6–8 years PQE in FP&A or related role.
• Strong analytical mindset turning data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with complex financial models and portfolio analysis.
• Experience leading finance teams and developing talent.
• Experience in finance transformation, process improvement or enhanced reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio performance analysis, forecasting, budgeting and scenario modelling across a diverse asset base.
• Provide clear financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Partner with investment and asset management teams with valuation, performance, forecasting and strategic input.
• Oversee valuation reporting processes with governance and robust delivery.
• Drive the preparation and enhancement of management, investor and stakeholder reporting.
• Translate complex financial information into concise, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Improve reporting processes, data quality and systems integration through automation and technology.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
