Job summary

Primark is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, cost analysis, and partner with functions to drive efficiency across net product margin and working capital. This role involves guiding financial planning in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage a team of analysts in our Primark Mumbai office within a GBS model, and deliver insightful reports and dashboards that inform strategic financial direction.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 5+ years post qualified experience in a commercial finance focused role.
• Experience in product margin, supply chain and/or working capital in the retail industry is preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to communicate analysis and recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts for net product margin and working capital.
• Lead a team of analysts within a GBS model based in Primark Mumbai.
• Analyse trends, identify opportunities for optimisation, and track KPIs.
• Partner with functional leaders to understand financial performance and support decision-making.
• Prepare and present insightful reports and dashboards to senior leadership.
