STRIVE Search is seeking an experienced Foreman to join a major apartment development in South Dublin. You will oversee day-to-day construction across blocks, coordinating trades to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to drawings and quality standards.

Collaborative environment with strong support structures and a clear path for progression with a leading developer known for quality builds. Salary is competitive at €80,000 plus a full package including vehicle, pension, and healthcare.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Foreman on multi-unit residential or commercial projects.
• Strong technical and coordination skills with a focus on quality and detail.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering projects to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities across apartment blocks.
• Manage and coordinate trades to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to spec.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Liaise with Site Manager, Engineers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth site operations.
• Drive productivity and maintain high standards of workmanship.
