Job summary

Careeriser is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead finishing and general foreman activities for large-scale construction projects in the Munster region, Cork area. The role focuses on supervising general concrete works, coordinating site teams and subcontractors to ensure top-quality delivery and strict safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing site operations, maintaining schedules, and driving productivity in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a General/Finishing Foreman role within large-scale construction.
• Proven track record managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong expertise overseeing general concrete works, quality compliance and site safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all general concrete work activities and site personnel to deliver projects to the highest standard.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance while managing the project schedule to meet deadlines.
• Provide clear direction, manage large volumes of contractors and motivate teams to high productivity.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager and project team to maintain exceptional quality across site activities.
• Provide progress updates and report on site performance and outputs.
