Job summary

Fenergo is seeking a Principal Advisor to lead sophisticated delivery across client environments in CLM and financial crime compliance. You will guide scope, design, and implementation with executive-level engagement, driving value for global financial clients.

The role emphasizes SME leadership, cross-team collaboration, and ongoing mentoring, with domestic and international travel to client sites and Fenergo offices. Degree required; CRM excellence a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) within financial services.
Strong knowledge of Financial Crime Compliance incl. AML, sanctions, FATCA/CRS.
Proven track record in defining operating models and delivering across client environments.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with clients as a domain and product expert.
Define operating model with introduction of FEN-X to client architecture.
Challenge requirements to drive optimum solutions and align with best practices.
Provide customer demonstrations on Fen-X CLM platform and drive stakeholder expectations.
Support pre-sales and sales efforts as needed.
Shape the Delivery Organisation and mentor team for consistent delivery.
