Job summary

PGIM Ireland, the global asset management arm of Prudential, seeks an Accounts Payable professional based in Letterkenny. You will handle the ongoing processing of service invoices for European entities, review entries, and support the payment lifecycle in a collaborative finance team.

You will work in a dynamic corporate group with flexible hours, opportunities for training, and a stable role within a leading global asset manager. Prior AP experience and strong MS Office skills are essential.

What you will do

We are looking for a reliable team player to support our European accounting team. As part of the team, based in Letterkenny, you will be responsible for the ongoing processing of service invoices for our companies located in Europe. In the dynamic environment of our corporate group, we offer a secure position with flexible working hours and opportunities for training and development.

• Independent review, coding, and posting of incoming invoices
• Initiate and monitor the invoice approval process
• Processing of payment transactions
• Account reconciliation and clarification
