We are looking for a reliable team player to support our European accounting team. As part of the team, based in Letterkenny, you will be responsible the general accounting on a day-to-day basis (e.g. UK GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP reporting) for a Business Unit (BU) of PGIM Ireland. You will also be responsible for updating, reviewing, and reconciling the general ledger and the review and analysis of the results of the BU. The role holder will ensure that intercompany and third-party invoicing is completed in a timely manner and monitor the collection of receipts. The role holder will be a key participant in the annual audit process and assist with internal audit related matters for the BU as needed. They will also assist with the timely preparation of board reporting, ensuring that the data is complete, accurate and clearly analysed for the readers of the reports. The role holder will assist with the development of accounting policies, procedures and guidance and will help ensure the overall control framework is maintained.
