Qualifications

• QFA designation essential, with further qualifications an advantage.
• At least five years' experience in investments and pensions.
• Strong technical knowledge across life and pensions.
• Proven experience providing complex financial solutions to clients.
• Experience managing an existing client book with high attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical matters in a client-friendly way.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full advisory journey from initial engagement to ongoing reviews.
• Advise clients with complex needs across life, pensions and investments, developing tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present clear, high-quality recommendations and suitability reports.
• Identify where broader financial planning would benefit existing clients.
• Ensure all advice meets regulatory and compliance standards.
• Contribute to client review processes, reporting and wider operational improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and support weekly advisor meetings.
