Job summary

STRIVE Search is supporting an established Irish financial services business seeking a Financial Advisor to join their Meath team, servicing clients across protection, pensions, investments, savings and retirement planning.

In this role you will provide regulated financial advice, grow and maintain a client portfolio, and build long-term relationships with clients through ongoing guidance. The position offers hybrid working and a competitive salary based on experience with a commission structure.

Qualifications

• Fully QFA qualified is required.
• Experience in financial services or advisory is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Irish financial products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage and develop a client portfolio.
• Interest in broader financial planning and advisory.
• Experience across pensions and investments.
• Experience in protection, life, pensions or investment advice.
• Experience generating and developing new business.
