Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland is seeking an experienced Technician to join the field operations team. You will oversee the start-up, commissioning, operation and maintenance of high-purity gas and chemical delivery systems at client sites across Ireland.

This is a 12‑month fixed term contract. You will supervise technicians, train Levels I–V, ensure HS&E compliance and produce site reports while maintaining safety and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a technical field preferred.
• 5+ years semiconductor, chemical or specialty gas experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior technicians.
• Ability to follow and issue written and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of reporting procedures and site policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, startup and commissioning of high-purity gas/chemical equipment.
• Start-up and operate liquid bulk and specialty gas/chemical delivery equipment.
• Act as primary customer Project interface and supervise technician activities.
• Enforce HS&E standards including PPE, LOTO and confined space.
• Generate site-specific reports and assist in problem resolution.
