Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to lead on-site acceptance testing, commissioning and maintenance at customer sites across regions. You will travel regularly within the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions, provide training and supervision to junior service engineers, and drive continuous improvement in aftersales processes.

With a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, you will communicate effectively,

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site acceptance testing, commissioning and maintenance at customer sites.
• Provide training and coaching to junior service engineers.
• Investigate engine failures and implement corrective solutions.
• Deliver timely after-sales technical support and field service.
• Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for field service activities.
• Drive process improvement for service procedures.
