Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive engineer to manage and deliver industrial and engineering projects. You will work with the sales team, customers, distributors, and the Industrial Solutions team from feasibility study through final handover.

You will plan, execute, and manage projects, develop master schedules, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee FATs and documentation to ensure timely on-site testing and a smooth handover to the aftermarket team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage projects so milestones are delivered on schedule.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules, tracking progress against milestones.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project activities are implemented effectively.
• Oversee cross-functional responsibilities and align deliverables with milestones.
• Organize and lead FATs with customers and distributors.
• Ensure project documentation is reviewed, approved, and finalized before delivery.
• Schedule and coordinate on-site testing and handover to the aftermarket (service) team.
• Provide first-line technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support feasibility studies and cost estimation as part of project management activities.
• Submit monthly project status reports highlighting key issues and risks and follow up on resolutions.
• Support project submittals by providing engineering input on third-party products and drawings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen project execution processes.
• Work with interplant counterparts on deliveries, factory testing, and documentation.
• Partner with scheduler, customer service, and production teams to update project status in weekly meetings.
• Attend site meetings with contractors and consultants as needed.
• Manage site installation activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on installation works, material approvals, and drawing submissions.

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.

• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
