BCD's Experience Design team is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to lead and deliver innovative, high-impact proposals for large-scale live, hybrid and virtual events. You will work across production, technology, logistics, delegate management, and sustainability initiatives to craft compelling client solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic thinking and staying ahead of industry trends in a fast-paced environment, with flexible working arrangements and a supportive team

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive innovative, high quality proposals in response to client briefs.
• Understand creative, production, communications and delegate registration offerings and write about each solution.
• Research client brands and develop solutions aligned with their strategy.
• Interrogate the brief and contribute in brainstorm sessions to develop creative solutions.
• Liaise with clients under direction from the Account owner.
• Demonstrate clear communication with colleagues, suppliers and clients.
• Promote collaborative and effective working relationships across teams.
• Manage workload and ensure timely proposal quality and delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Remain up-to-date with industry trends and apply to solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer (m/f/d) to join our dynamic Experience Design team. You will be responsible for leading and driving innovative, high quality, winning solutions in response to client briefs, which could include production, technology, logistics, delegate management, creative design, communications strategies and sustainability initiatives.

Our events range in complexity, size and budgets and include conferences, incentives, exhibitions, automotive events, product launches and award ceremonies in virtual, hybrid and live environments.

The role will focus primarily on large budget, complex and fully produced events with multi-service offerings, ensuring the solution aligns with our clients strategies, and pushing the boundaries with out of the box thinking.

As a Senior Experience Designer , you will:

• Have an expert ability to create and develop innovative, complex, creative proposals and corresponding budgets
• Have an in-depth knowledge and specialist understanding of creative, production, communications and delegate registration offerings – and have the capability to write about each solution
• Research and understand client brands and values across a variety of industry sectors, and develop solutions that align with their strategy
• Interrogate the brief to the fullest and attend brainstorm sessions making positive contributions in the development of creative solutions
• Liaise directly with clients, where required, under the direction from the Account owner
• Demonstrating clear and precise communication to colleagues, suppliers and clients alike
• Promoting collaborative, positive and effective working relationships across the teams, and being an excellent team player
• Managing your own workload and taking personal responsibility for proposal quality and completion in a timely and efficient manner
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Working in a fast paced environment, on multiple projects and timelines at once
• Remaining up-to-date and knowledgeable on key industry trends, and understand how to leverage into our solutions
