Job summary

Vantage Resources in Dublin is seeking an experienced Exchange MS365 Administrator for a 12-month hybrid contract. You will administer both on-premises and hybrid Exchange environments, manage mail flows, and support migrations to Exchange Online.

The role requires 4+ years in Exchange Server administration, hands-on with EOP, and the ability to resolve mail delivery issues while maintaining security policies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Exchange Server administration.
• Hands-on with on-premises and hybrid Exchange environments.
• Experience with Exchange Online and EOP.
• Strong knowledge of mail flow and transport rules.

Responsibilities

• Administer on-premises and hybrid Exchange environments.
• Manage mailboxes, databases, DAGs, distribution groups, and public folders.
• Troubleshoot email delivery, mail flow, and routing issues.
• Manage spam filtering and compliance policies with EOP.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates.
• Support archiving, backup and recovery operations.
• Assist migrations to Exchange Online and infrastructure upgrades.
