Job summary

Oliver James Group in Dublin is seeking a SharePoint Administrator for a 12-month contract with a strong view to extending. The role suits candidates with 1–3 years' experience in supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments, in a hybrid setup.

You will work under guidance to manage SharePoint Online, governance, security and compliance, perform migrations and upgrades, and use PowerShell for administration, with no visa sponsorship provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
• SharePoint Online and either SharePoint 2013 or SPSE, including site management, permissions and access controls.
• Familiarity with Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform, governance, security and compliance.
• Experience with testing, data checks, migrations/upgrades, service monitoring, availability and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments in day-to-day operations.
• Assist with governance, security and compliance tasks.
• Contribute to migrations, upgrades, and monitoring activities.
• Utilize PowerShell for administration and modernising SharePoint forms/workflows with Power Platform.
