Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced Litigation Counsel to join our Global Litigation team in Dublin. You will lead litigation matters end-to-end across Europe, manage pre-action and discovery, and coordinate through all stages with minimal supervision.

You will supervise outside counsel, advise cross-functional partners, assess legal risk, and mentor junior team members. The role requires a qualified lawyer with strong judgment and strategic mindset to support our fast-paced tech business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing litigation across Europe.
• Qualified lawyer in one or more TikTok operating jurisdictions.
• Strong collaboration across legal and business teams.

Responsibilities
