Job summary

Meta is seeking a lawyer to lead regulatory litigation in the EMEA region, defending against privacy and other regulatory actions across the EU and UK. You will work with product, policy, and engineering teams to develop strategies, manage investigations, and oversee outside counsel. A strong background in enforcement and privacy law is required.

The role emphasizes proactive issue spotting, multi-stakeholder coordination, and scalable processes, including use of AI tools to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-qualification experience in a leading law firm or in-house legal team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied docket of privacy-related regulatory matters across the EU.
• Collaborate with product, business and policy teams to design strategic approaches to regulatory matters.
• Manage outside counsel relationships, budgets, strategy and reporting.
