Job summary

CACEIS is expanding its ETF Operations team in Ireland, focusing on end-to-end processing of ETF primary market orders and related activity. The role acts as a key contact for APs, issuers and Capital Markets teams, delivering accurate processing, settlement and operational excellence.

We seek senior professionals with a deep knowledge of ETF ecosystems, strong project management, and a proven ability to drive client service improvements while maintaining robust controls and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience at a Senior level in ETF Transfer Agency (TA), Fund Administration (FA) and/or Custody.
• Strong understanding of ETF Capital Markets and the ETF operating model required.
• Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of ETF fund services and operational processes.
• Expertise of ETF ecosystem, operations, industry trends, and competitor services/offerings.
• Knowledge of Actual Cost structures across Equity and Fixed Income products is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of ETF primary market creation and redemption orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare, calculate and validate PMTC/Actual Cost, review component securities, quantities and pricing.
• Produce and validate ETF cash confirmations.
• Apply knowledge of PCFs, ETF issuance models (ICSD, ICSD+ and Local CSD) and settlement processes.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately in line with controls and regulatory requirements.
