Job summary

CACEIS in Dublin is seeking an ETF Senior Analyst to lead end-to-end ETF primary market processing, confirm and validate components, and ensure accurate settlement. You will liaise with issuers, APs and capital markets, driving efficiency and operational excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in ETF services or related funds administration, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience at a Senior level in ETF Transfer Agency, Fund Administration or Custody.
• Strong understanding of ETF Capital Markets and the ETF operating model.
• Knowledge of ETF fund services and operational processes; willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of ETF primary market creation and redemption orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and validate PMTC/Actual Cost components and ETF cash confirmations.
• Apply knowledge of PCFs, ETF issuance models and settlement processes to support operations.
• Act as primary operational contact for APs, ETF issuers and Capital Markets teams; resolve complex queries.
• Monitor quality, productivity and risk metrics; drive improvements and ensure controls.
