Analog Devices, Inc. in Limerick, Ireland, seeks a thoughtful Equipment Maintenance role in a class 10 cleanroom. You will support tool repair, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a diverse team. Experience preferred but open to those with relevant exposure.

Based at the Limerick site, you will engage with multiple toolsets and learn through hands-on practice, contributing to high-quality production of ADI products.

Qualifications

• Understanding of regulated environment or an Equipment Maintenance role within manufacturing industry.
• Experience in hand tool application would be an advantage.
• Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving, 5-why), and First Time Right repair skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Assist in tool repair both planned and unplanned.
• Assist in root cause troubleshooting and fault finding to component level.
• Assist in ongoing tool development and enhancement.
• Drive improvement projects both solo and in teams.
• Work with coach/mentor in hands-on practical investigation and resolution on hardware.
• Present learnings and recommendations from completed work.
