IPS seeks a Senior Estimator in Dublin, Ireland to lead cost estimation for large EPCMV projects in life sciences. You will develop detailed cost breakdowns, review tender documents, and provide risk analyses and bid packages.

You will mentor junior estimators, collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and clients, ensuring estimates align with design scopes and schedules while maintaining cost competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 5-10 years estimating experience in EPCMV with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Knowledge of construction, procurement, project management and EPCMV lifecycle.
• Experience with cost estimation techniques and international standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead accurate cost estimates for EPCMV projects across all lifecycle stages.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, bid packages, and bid tabulations.
• Review scope, designs, and specifications to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies for procurement and design changes.
• Mentor and supervise junior estimators, ensuring quality control.
