Job summary

IPS is seeking a Design Manager to join its Architectural team in Dublin, Ireland. You will manage and coordinate architectural and engineering functions, providing manpower and technical resources for design development and support on life sciences projects.

The role requires leading multi-disciplinary design execution, ensuring compliance with Design Management QMS, and guiding reviews, interfaces and value engineering with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant degree.
• 8+ years of experience in Engineering Design, Project Delivery, or a related discipline in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in the design lifecycle from concept through to construction.
• Progressive ability in administration to plan, organise, supervise, and coordinate technical work.
• Ability to work on own initiative in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
