The role combines technical leadership with client engagement and mentoring, offering a senior leadership path while staying close to project work across water, energy and transport sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant consultancy experience in EIAR coordination and delivery.
• Strong understanding of Irish planning and environmental legislation.
• Experience leading large-scale environmental or infrastructure projects.
• Chartered status or working towards it is desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience contributing to bids and business development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex environmental projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate EIAR coordination and environmental reporting.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and inputs across projects.
• Review and approve key environmental deliverables.
• Manage client relationships and engage with stakeholders and regulators.
• Support bids and contribute to business development.
• Mentor junior team members and support team growth.
• Drive quality and best practice across environmental assessments.
