Fin, now part of Salesforce, is leading AI-powered customer experiences. We seek a Forward Deployed Data Scientist to embed with strategic customers and build enterprise-grade Fin deployments that scale support operations and deliver measurable business impact.

The role combines deep data science with advisory work across Sales, Success, and Product. Travel to customer sites is expected to unlock insights and drive successful deployments in an on-site/on-premise hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to apply data science to real-world business problems and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong collaboration across Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Excellent communication, both technical and non-technical, with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willing to travel and work on-site with customers to build relationships and insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Fin by helping customers automate and scale their support operations.
• Embed with strategic customers to understand workflows, data, and challenges to implement AI-driven improvements.
• Steer customers toward best practices in measurement and AI adoption to realize full Fin value.
• Partner with Sales, Success, and Product to deliver seamless customer experiences and successful deployments.
• Prototype, test, and scale data-driven solutions to accelerate Fin adoption and impact.
