Job summary

Boeing Ireland Limited is seeking a Senior Manager Engineering, Commercial Modifications (m/f/d) to lead a high‑performing engineering team across Europe. The role focuses on DOA governance, regulatory compliance, and technical excellence to support Connectivity, SIT and Interiors programs.

Based in Ireland or other listed sites, you will empower senior engineers, maintain standards, and drive cross-site improvements while aligning with business needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the aerospace engineering sector.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, including leadership of senior engineering or technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited program in aerospace engineering, another safety-critical engineering discipline, or a comparable field.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership to senior engineering staff and design assurance personnel.
• Maintain and improve the organizational framework to drive compliance, technical excellence and governance.
• Engage with Connectivity, SIT and Interiors programs to harmonize the quality framework across sites.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen engineering performance and compliance.
