Job summary

Boeing Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager & Chief Engineer, Connectivity, to lead execution of Connectivity modification programmes across the CME portfolio. This delivery-focused role operates in a matrix environment and drives performance by aligning capabilities with the programme lifecycle.

Reporting to the Engineering Integration Leader, you will head the Connectivity Engineering IPT, own risk and opportunity management, coordinate with functional leaders, and ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in aerospace programmes.
• Proven ability to drive multi-disciplinary delivery in a matrix organisation.
• Strong knowledge of EASA Part 21J design/airworthiness processes.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time and on-budget delivery of all Connectivity modification programmes across the CME portfolio.
• Lead the Connectivity Engineering IPT and set pace across active and pipeline projects.
• Ensure readiness of resources and manage risk/opportunity across the programme lifecycle.
• Maintain engineering baseline and ensure traceability from concept to certification.
