Job summary

CULLY in Ireland is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead delivery of complex engineering projects across water, wastewater and industrial sectors. You will own multi-project delivery, manage budgets and resources, and build strong client relationships to meet timelines and governance standards.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive risk mitigation and ensure safe, on-time delivery with quality outcomes for a growing Irish

Qualifications

• Experience delivering engineering, infrastructure or capital projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project plans, budgets, schedules and resources.
• Build strong relationships with clients, project teams and third-party suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, risks and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support the day-to-day coordination of field-based teams to ensure successful project delivery.
