Senior Energy Safety Lead – Data Center

Job summary

Linesight is seeking an Energy Marshall to champion electrical safety across our data centre campuses in Ireland. You will partner with Environmental, Health, and Safety teams to drive Operational Excellence in the Control of Hazardous Energy and mentor staff on safety isolation practices.

The role requires strong communication, field engineering experience in mission-critical facilities, and the ability to review safety documentation and audits. Interviews may be in person or virtual with video.

Qualifications

• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience developing and supporting electrical safety programs in line with NFPA70E, NEC and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Environmental, Health, and Safety teams to drive Operational Excellence in the Control of Hazardous Energy.
• Review safety documentation and conduct audits to ensure safe conditions and practices.
• Support electrical infrastructure management throughout the data centre campus.
• Train new and existing employees in defined Energy Isolation process and procedure.
• Work with construction and commissioning teams to ensure safe working conditions and properly test and validate installation, operation, and performance of MEP systems.
