Job summary

McKesson Ireland is seeking a System Administrator (P2) to support stability, security and performance of our endpoint and infrastructure environments across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. You will work within the End User Computing and Infrastructure teams to ensure a reliable technology experience for employees.

You will partner with senior engineers, security, service desk and vendors, leveraging Intune, Jamf and automation tools to resolve issues, deploy patches and improve operations in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint environments across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Familiarity with Intune, Jamf, patch management, and endpoint remediation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor endpoint and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Administer and support Intune and Jamf across multiple platforms.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and device management issues and escalate as needed.
• Perform patching, software deployment, and lifecycle management per security standards.
• Support endpoint security initiatives and assist with remediation activities.
• Use PowerShell to automate routine administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in continuous improvement.
