Job summary

PayPal is seeking an experienced international employment lawyer to join our lean, high-impact Employment Legal team supporting the APAC & EMEA regions. You will deliver strategic, proactive employment law advice to HR and business leaders across multiple jurisdictions.

Reporting to the Director of Employment Legal International, you will collaborate with a small team to manage complex litigation, investigations, and workforce change initiatives while upholding PayPal’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Juris doctorate degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in employment and labour law across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills in English; cross-border advisory capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, strategic employment law advice across APAC jurisdictions and EMEA jurisdictions.
• Lead employee litigation matters and manage sensitive internal investigations.
• Partner with People Partners on workforce change, restructuring, and risk management.
