IQVIA is seeking a senior Data Management professional to lead global DM programs and serve as SME on data management for large studies. You will guide data operations, manage timelines, and negotiate with customers to align scopes and budgets.

Responsibilities include directing DM service delivery, reviewing DMPs, and ensuring quality deliverables while mentoring team members across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences or related field.
• Approximately 7 years of direct Data Management experience, with 5+ years as a CDM lead.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for data management deliverables across studies.
• Lead multiple large studies (global scope) and provide SME input on CDM tasks.
• Provide leadership to DTLs and manage continuous process improvements and issue escalation.
• Negotiate timelines, finances, and resources with customers; review DMP documents.
• Manage DM service delivery with technical expertise; ensure milestones meet timelines.
• Escalate unresolved data issues and ensure appropriate resources are assigned.
• Sign off on data management plans and review operating procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain relationships with customers, co-workers and managers; contribute to SOW/budget.
