Job summary

AMD is seeking a Lead Embedded Software Development Engineer in Dublin to design and implement embedded firmware for networking products. You will work with the Silicon and embedded teams to refine designs, develop high-performance network stacks, and drive product releases.

The role requires strong C/C++ and embedded systems experience, with exposure to Ethernet/TCP/IP, debugging techniques, and Linux systems. Collaboration across AMD teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong object-oriented programming background; C/C++ preferred.
• Experience developing in C / Embedded C; Linux experience beneficial.
• Knowledge of Ethernet/TCP/IP and hardware/software codesign is a plus.

Responsibilities
