Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with embedded systems, hardware/software/platform debugging.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer technical support from initial investigation to resolution.
• Debug hardware, software, firmware, and system-level issues.
• Reproduce issues in lab environments and perform root cause analysis.
• Partner with engineering to resolve defects and escalations.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and field teams.
• Develop expertise in AMD Embedded processors, platforms, and tools.
