Qualifications

• Experience in embedded systems and hardware/software debugging.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system-level problems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
• Familiarity with PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, USB, MIPI, DisplayPort, or related interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer technical support from investigation to resolution.
• Debug hardware, software, firmware, and system-level issues.
• Reproduce customer-reported issues in lab environments and perform root cause analysis.
• Partner with engineering teams to resolve product defects and technical escalations.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to customers and field teams.
• Develop deep expertise in AMD Embedded processors, platforms, software, and technologies.
• Analyze logs, traces, schematics, software outputs, and hardware behavior to identify issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
• Identify opportunities to improve product supportability and customer experience.
• Support new product introductions through readiness, validation, and enablement activities.
• Develop automation tools, scripts, and AI-assisted debugging solutions.
