I'm partnering with a global leader in wireless technology and a pioneer in 5G, to hire an Embedded Software Engineer to join their team in Cork.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on next-generation platforms powering Compute, Mobile, IoT, Automotive, and XR devices. You'll contribute to developing Linux kernel drivers and embedded platform features used across millions of devices worldwide.

What you'll be working on:

• Developing and prototyping Linux kernel drivers and embedded software
• Designing, testing, and documenting device drivers for next-generation SoCs
• Working across multiple hardware and software teams to deliver platform features
• Debugging and optimising embedded systems performance
• Contributing to cutting-edge technologies across Mobile, Compute, Automotive, IoT and XR platforms

We're looking for engineers with:

• Strong C programming and data structures experience
• Embedded systems and SoC development experience
• ARM architecture knowledge (RISC-V experience is a bonus)
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Python, C++, Assembly or Perl experience is advantageous
