European Tech Recruit is partnering with a leading semiconductor company headquartered in Cork to hire a Senior Embedded Software Engineer for on-site work in the SoC Infrastructure team. The role focuses on low-level device driver development at the hardware/software boundary, specifically across ARM and DSP-based platforms.

You will develop and maintain drivers for components such as clocks, regulators, GPIOs and interrupts, collaborate with hardware teams, and build automation tooling in

Competenze

• Experience in embedded software development using C
• Python programming experience
• Understanding of ARM, DSP or SoC architectures
• Experience working close to hardware and software interfaces

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain device drivers for hardware components including clocks, regulators, GPIOs and interrupts
• Collaborate with hardware design teams to improve hardware/software interfaces
• Build automation and tooling in Python to support testing and interfaces
