Qualifications

• Strong trade/construction background or a third level qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a lead/managerial position.
• Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to adapt.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as be a team player.
• Commitment to high standards and delivering quality results.
• Proficient in MS Office; BIM 360 Field Management or similar platforms.
• Data centre, pharma or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect electrical installations during and after construction to ensure safety, project specs, and standards are met.
• Monitor and verify electrical works for quality control against drawings and specs.
• Perform electrical tests (continuity, insulation resistance, voltage) to verify safety and functionality.
• Maintain and complete inspection records, NCRs, and testing logs; provide feedback to supervisors.
• Identify and report non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with site engineers and contractors to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure safety compliance in all electrical work according to codes.
• Inspect incoming electrical materials for conformance prior to use.
• Provide suggestions for process and quality improvements.
