Job summary

AA Euro Group is seeking a Senior EHS Advisor to join its Cork operations within the Commercial and Pharmaceutical sectors. The role involves developing, monitoring and implementing the EHS Management system across projects with occasional site transfer.

You will deliver safety training, coordinate risk assessments and method statements, and ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation. A strong background in large-scale construction projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Environmental, Health and Safety.
• Minimum 8 years of experience on large projects.
• Experience in construction environments.
• Full, clean driving license.
• Proficient IT skills including Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Implement EHS policies and management systems.
• Provide guidance on health and safety matters to management and workers.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety legislation.
• Deliver HSE training and inductions.
• Conduct site inspections and audits.
• Maintain EHS documentation and safety files.
• Support handover to client with Safety File.
• Promote a healthy, incident- and injury-free workplace.
